GLU Network and Dish It Girl Creator Dina Deleasa-Gonsar Explore Exclusive Content Inspired by At the Kitchen Sink

Dish It Girl creator Dina Deleasa-Gonsar brings her approachable combination of food, family, faith, and real life to GLU Network as the two explore exclusive programming connected to her cookbook, At the Kitchen Sink.

HOUSTON — GLU Network today announced that accomplished food host, author, and television personality Dina Deleasa-Gonsar is now featured on the network with Conversations at the Kitchen Sink.

Known to audiences as the creator of Dish It Girl, Deleasa-Gonsar has built a trusted food and lifestyle brand around approachable recipes, family traditions, faith, and an honest look at everyday life. Her warm personality and quick wit have made her a recognizable presence across television, digital media, publishing, and live events.

Deleasa-Gonsar has contributed recipes and on-air culinary segments to the Today show, GMA3, The Good Dish, Inside Edition, Fox & Friends, and New York Living. She has also competed on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games, appeared on E!’s Married to Jonas, and was named Best Home Cook by Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family. Her recipes and written work have appeared through Good Morning America, Rachael Ray, Real Simple, and other national media outlets.

Her book, At the Kitchen Sink, combines practical, approachable recipes with personal stories and faith-centered devotionals. The book invites readers into the everyday moments that happen around the kitchen sink—from busy weeknight meals and family celebrations to the prayers, challenges, and conversations that give those moments deeper meaning.

GLU Network and Deleasa-Gonsar are currently in discussions to develop exclusive content inspired by the book. The potential programming would extend its recipes, stories, devotionals, and encouragement into original video content created specifically for GLU viewers.

“Dina brings together everything GLU viewers love - great food, family, faith, warmth, and an honest voice that makes people feel welcome,” said Julie Stagner, founder of GLU Network. “She is an accomplished host with a remarkable national media background, but what makes her so special is the way she finds meaning in real, everyday moments. We are thrilled to have Dina on GLU and excited about the exclusive content we are discussing around At the Kitchen Sink.”

“Conversations at the Kitchen Sink has always been about more than recipes. It is about the faith, family, and real life that happens around them. I am excited to be on GLU and to explore how we can bring even more of the heart behind At the Kitchen Sink to viewers through meaningful new content.”
